- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Spring City Community Center at 45 South 100 East The purpose of this hearing will be to hear public comments on the rezoning request made by Eric Richardson at 300 North 80 West to rezone his property from Residential to Commercial in preparation for opening a mechanic's shop. You are invited to attend this public hearing and make your opinions on the matter of rezoning known. The public hearing will be posted on the Spring City website as well as the Utah Public Meeting Notice website. You can view the meeting on Zoom but you must be present in person at the hearing to comment. You may only convey your own comments, not read or otherwise comment on behalf of someone else. If you cannot attend in person, you are welcome to submit written comments to the Spring City office via email treasurer@springcityutah.gov, regular post to PO Box 189, or drop off at the city office at any time before the hearing and they will be distributed to the Planning & Zoning Commissioners and City Council.
