Citizen Input: Comments to the Mayor and Council are limited to three (3) minutes and must address non-agenda items within the City Council's authority. 6. Council Business: a. NPPD Report b. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports 7. Action Items a. Appoint a new Planning Commission member. b. Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2026-27 - Annexation of 61 acres, parcel 04-003-0001, as requested by Nixon & Nixon Inc. c. Public Hearing to consider a development agreement for the Aspen Grove Subdivision. Parcels along Wolf Pack Way zones RT and MXD to be built as high density residential commercial. 8. Future Agenda Items No Council meetings on the following dates: - November 11th - November 25th - December 23rd 9. Adjourn
