WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. A premeeting will be held at 3:30 PM. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911. Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 2:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2026. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments. ZONE CHANGE APPLICATIONS Z-5-2026 Petition by Aaron Pehrson requesting a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-7 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 7,000 square feet). The property is located at 5105 West 3500 South on 0.49 acres. The PUD will consist of 27 units on 3.21 acres. The property is located at 2325 West 3650 South and is zoned RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential).
