- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Tree Committee will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Upstairs Conference Room, Smithfield, Utah on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. 1. Welcome Jennifer Clark as a regular board member. 2. Review a recently awarded grant. 3. Discussion on opportunities for Tree Committee members to be involved in the grant process. 4. Presentation by Chris Olsen on a tree map. 5. Pollinator/Native Landscape management and signage discussion. 6. Other business.
