SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 10 01 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 27, 2026, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 10 01 2026, Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance (Title 12) establishing required development improvements for lots two acres and larger, for all commercial development, and providing an exemption for single lot splits.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 2nd day of November 2026.
