- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Tuesday, November 10, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Residential Lot Regulations Code Text Amendment: Request to amend § 1.07.015 Lot Regulations and § 1.21.035 Approval Standards of the Tremonton City Code to establish rear yard setback standards for small accessory structures and to clarify setback requirements for corner lots. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel.
