NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Tuesday, November 10, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers Workshop/Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Planned Community (P-C) Zone Code Text Amendment: Request to amend the Tremonton City Land Use Code by adopting a new Chapter 1.10, Planned Community (P-C) Zone, which defines the zoning standards and application process for master-planned development within Tremonton City, and by amending Chapter 1.06, Zoning District Establishment, to add the new P-C zoning district. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel. Prior to the meeting date, written comments may be sent to: Tremonton City Planning Commission planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov Notice to All NPI District Residents This item is scheduled for discussion at the upcoming Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Tremonton City Hall.
