Leamington Town Notice of Public Hearing-Proposed Major Subdivision & Preliminary Plat Notice is hereby given that the Leamington Town Council, acting as the Land Use Authority, will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding an initial major subdivision application and preliminary plat submitted by Joseph Pruitt with Tombstone View Ranch LLC, for the property located at Parcel Number L-2282 in Leamington, Utah. The proposed subdivision, Adobe Hollow, proposes to divide the subject property into 4 lots for residential homes or lots for sale. PUBLIC HEARING DETAILS Date: Thursday, November 11, 2026. Time: 6:30 PM Location: 61 W Main St. Leamington, UT 84638 The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input from affected entities, neighboring property owners, and interested members of the public regarding the proposed major subdivision and preliminary plat. The Planning Commission may attend to review the application and provide a recommendation to the Town Council as part of the subdivision review process. Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at PO Box 38101, Leamington, UT 84638 or emailed to leamingtongovern@gmail.com before the hearing. The application and preliminary plat may be reviewed by contacting the Town Clerk at (435)406-7956. This notice is provided in accordance with Leamington Town ordinances.
