- Notice of Work Meeting of the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work meeting in the City Council Conference Room at the St. George City Hall located at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, November 5, 2026 commencing at 3:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Presentation from the Utah Food Bank. 2. Discussion regarding owner-occupied Short-Term Rentals. 3. Discussion regarding proposed changes to City code pertaining to Animal Control. 4. Discussion regarding the Temporary Zoning Ordinance for blasting. 5. Discussion regarding the FY28 Budget. 6. Update from Department Directors. 7. Reports from Mayor, Councilmembers, and City Manager. 8.
