Description/Agenda: Public Notice Emergency Special Heber City Council Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will meet for an Emergency Special Meeting on October 31st, 2026 at 7:30 A.M. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a Closed Meeting for discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
