- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Harvey B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Sean Wilkinson D. Commissioner Comments- Stall of Fame E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda-please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- Proclamation Declaring November 2-6, 2026, as Crash Responder Safety Week in Weber County. Presenter: Weber County Commission Transdiagnostic Treatment and Outcomes. Presenter: Jed Burton G. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $303,113.85. 2. Request for approval of warrants #109653-109703, #4988849-498945 and #571 in the amount of $1,914,715.42. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of minutes from the meeting on October 27, 2026. 5. Request for approval of Deputy Sheriff Basic Training Reimbursement Agreements by and between Weber County and the following individuals- DJ Sorensen Colton Calvert Rykley Talbot H. Action Items 1. Request for approval of resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a Weber County Representative and an Alternate Representative for the Utah Counties Indemnity Pool Annual Membership Meeting. Presenter: Christopher Crockett 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County requesting that the Utah Inland Port Authority include certain unincorporated property adjacent to Ogden-Hinckley Airport in a Utah Inland Port Authority Project Area. Presenter: Stephanie Russell 3. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain fees of the Weber County Culture, Parks and Recreation Department - Golden Spike Event Center. Presenter: Duncan Olsen 4. Request for approval of the first Reading of an ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending Section 16-2-9 Solid Waste Fees of the Weber County Code.
