ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS IRRIGATION WELL 9 Bids for the construction of Irrigation Well 9 will be received digitally by Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM from prequalified bidders only through the Utah Public Procurement Place/Euna Procurement (U3P). The Bids received will be 'publicly' opened and read at 2:00 PM on November 19, 2026. Any Bids received after the specified timeline will not be considered. If you wish to be invited to the Zoom meeting where the bids will be read please email HParkin@saratogasprings-ut.gov . Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Instructions regarding requirements for bid security are included in the Instructions to Bidders. Obtaining Contract Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Utah Public Procurement Place/Euna (U3P) website. The Contract Documents are titled Documents for the Irrigation Well 9 Project. Digital copies (pdf) of Bidding Documents may be examined at no cost through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website. https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities Description of Work The Project includes the drilling, construction, and testing of a new irrigation well (Irrigation Well 9). The well will be drilled using the flooded reverse mud rotary drilling method to an approximate depth of 1200 feet deep. Anticipated at 20-inch diameter well casing and engineered gravel pack. The project will include rig development, pump development and testing, final video and disinfection. The well is expected to be completed in summer 2027. Work Location The Irrigation Well 9 site is located in Saratoga Springs, immediately south of the Saratoga Springs Fire Department building at approximately 2021 Ring Road, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Saratoga Springs Public Works office located at 213 N 900 E, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. A site visit to the project site will follow the pre-bid conference. Completion of Work All Work shall be completed by July 15, 2027. Time is of the essence.
