- A public hearing to hear proposed changes to the Vineyard City zoning code. Proposed changes include the following 1. Proposal to add a new use in the FOI and RC zones. The use will be called 'Place of Public Assembly (Indoor/Outdoor)' 2. Proposal to add District Energy in the FOI and RC Zones
