Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting & Work Meeting Agenda November 10, 2026 The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their Regular Meeting and Work Meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of November 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER- ROLL CALL: Chair Arnold 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Arnold 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from the meeting upon request by a Planning Commission member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.qov the Friday prior to the meeting. Written comments will be published on the Town's website prior to the Planning Commission meeting. 4. Consideration and Possible Approval for a Demolition Permit for his old home at 208 West Main-Jan Fasselin 5.
