- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH DAVIS METRO FIRE AGENCY MARCH 16, 2009 FIRE STATION #82 (TRAINING ROOM) 701 EAST EAGLEWOOD DRIVE NORTH SALT LAKE, UTAH 84054 Board Meeting – 5:30 p.m. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Metro Fire Agency will hold a Board Meeting on March 16, 2009 in the Fire Station #82 Training Room, 701 East Eaglewood Drive, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054 beginning at 5:30 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Board will be participating by electronic means. The meeting location shall serve as the anchor location. A G E N D A CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND WELCOME OF VISITORS 1) Approval of minutes of February 9, 2009. 2) Approval of February 2009 Financial Report – Mr. Alan Low 3) Approval of February 2009 Cash Disbursements – Mr. Alan Low 4) Open and Amend 2009 budget- Mr. Alan Low 5) Review and Award bid for Capital Ambulance purchase – Chief Jim Rampton 6) Fire Chief’s Monthly Call Report – Chief Jim Rampton 7) Closed session pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 U.C.A. to discuss the character or professional competence of individuals and the pending or existing litigation and pursuant to Section 52-4-5(1) (a) (v) U.C.A. to discuss the sale of real property. On Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Davis County Clipper, a newspaper of general circulation. DATED: this 12th Day of March, 2009.
