PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Vanderwood C. Invocation - Mayor Allen D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 5, 2026 F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB update 2. Report on the UTA Governance changes and introduce the new Transit Commission Presenter: UTA Executive Director, Jay Fox and Transit Commissioner, Mike Caldwell G. Action Item 1. Discussion and/or action on the 2026 Transportation Priority List Recommendation Presenter: Brooke Stewart H.
