Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that on November 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as possible the
Board of Directors of Northern Utah Environmental Resource Agency will conduct a public
hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed tipping fee increase for all waste received at
the Bayview Landfill located in Utah County and the proposed 2027 Agency Budget. The
hearing will be held at the board room of North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District
located in Lindon, Utah. The address of the facility is 2000 West 200 South Lindon, Utah 84042.
A copy of the proposed fee schedule may be viewed and obtained by visiting
nueraut.gov/announcements or contacting the agency itself at (801) 210-0034.
