NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Salt Lake City Corporation (City) will convey property located at approximately 88 W 1300 S, Salt Lake City, Utah (Parcel Number: 15-12-478-019-0000) to the Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA), a community reinvestment agency and public entity in the state of Utah. The CRA desires to acquire the property to facilitate redevelopment as part of the broader Ballpark neighborhood redevelopment contemplated by the Ballpark Next Community Design Plan, adopted by the CRA Board of Directors in 2025. This notice is being provided as part of the Class A notice requirements described in Utah Code 63G-30-102. Pursuant to Utah Code 17C-1-207(3), the City may convey the property to the CRA no sooner than 15 days after the City completes the Class A notice requirements for publishing this notice for at least 15 days.
