- GARDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE & AGENDA The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. ________________________________________ AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing Meeting Minutes b. Regular Meeting Minutes 3. UVU Student Project Discussion - Elle Kennington 4. Discussion/Approval - Architectural Standards, Parking and Landscaping - DWF Construction The applicant is proposing to build a 3200 square foot shop for an office and equipment. Location: Parcel #41-21-300-0130 Applicant: Dallas W Fullmer 5. Discussion/Approval - Architectural Standards, Parking and Landscaping - Blue Waters Mixed Use The applicant is proposing to build a two-story building on the corner of 200 N Bear Lake Blvd. This will include a restaurant and retail spaces on the main level, individual hotel units on the second level, and future space in the basement. Location: Parcel #41-29-491-0003 Address: 171 N Bear Lake Blvd Applicant: Kirk Barker 6. Discussion/Approval - Preliminary Subdivision - Lakeside Subdivision The applicant is seeking approval for a subdivision comprising of 8 single-family lots on approximately 11.68 acres. Location: Parcel #41-28-050-0006 Address: 100 W Buttercup Lane Applicant: James Park 7. Ordinance Discussion/Approval a. Ordinance #26-28 - An ordinance updating the commercial zone, permitted uses, and conditional uses 8. Miscellaneous 9. Adjournment The public is invited to attend the meeting, listen by phone, or give written comments. The conference phone number is #1-866-347-5097. There is a 2-minute limit on those commenting during the meeting.
