NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND PARKS AND RECERATION SERVICE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS
Alpine City (the 'City') intends to contract to amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to Parks and Recreation Services. The service area for this analysis is within the City boundary of Alpine. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501, 502 and 503, as applicable.
You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
A Public Hearing will be scheduled in the future, with adequate notice posted on the State and city websites as required by law.
