KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers, located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah to consider the following request: A request to apply the PRUD (Planned Unit Development) overlay zone to 6.72 acres of property located at approximately 400 North 500 East (Parcel No. 11-110-0104). The purpose of the rezone is to facilitate the development of single-family residential lots served by a private street. The underlying R-1-8 zoning designation will remain unchanged. Comments on this application may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysville.gov/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
