NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that Huntington City will hold two separate public hearings on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at Huntington City Hall, 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah, in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. First Public Hearing: Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Amendments The City Council will receive public comment regarding proposed adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, including revenues and expenditures. Second Public Hearing: Proposed Annual Utility Rate Increase The City Council will receive public comment regarding the proposed annual utility rate increase and associated utility rates and charges. This hearing will follow the conclusion of the first public hearing. Please note that, in order to hear from as many people as possible, the Mayor may, at his discretion, limit the time of each member of the public who wishes to enter comments into the public record to five minutes. The public is invited to attend all City Council meetings. If you need special accommodations to participate in the above hearings, please notify the City office at (435) 687-2436 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
