- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 29th, 2026, at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva, East Carbon. Meeting to begin promptly at 4:00 P.M. The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Roll Call Items to be discussed: 1. Possible closed meeting to discuss an individuals character, professional competence, or physical or mental health 2. Discussion and possible approval of personal manual changes Adjournment.
