Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 10th day of November 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider: A Development Agreement for Fortra Storage, located at 1750 S. Highway 40 parcel number 00-0013-8508. The proposed Development Agreement would allow for the expansion of the existing storage facility. The proposed expansion includes covered storage parking and new enclosed storage facilities. A Development Agreement is required because storage facilities without a commercial component are no longer a permitted use in the C-2 Zone. A Development Agreement Amendment for Sawmill MDA for Phase 4B, located at approximately 1930 South and 1110 East. The proposed amendment includes the following modifications to the existing agreement: 1. Increasing the number of lots in Phase 4B from 4 lots to 6 lots. 2. Decreasing the public park space. If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments may be read aloud during the open-comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
