PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The ALPINE CITY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The city will receive public comments on the following items:
- Amending the FY2027 Budget
- Amending Impact Fees for Culinary Water, Pressurized Irrigation, and Sewer

Notice of Intent to Amend Culinary Water, Pressurized Irrigation and Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis
Alpine City (the 'City') intends to amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to Culinary Water, Pressurized Irrigation and Sewer Services. The service area for this analysis is within the City boundary of Alpine.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-502. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of amending the referenced documents. Public hearings will be held during the regular City Council meeting on November 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in the City Council chambers of Alpine City at 20 North Main, Alpine, Utah 84004.
