- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Morgan County Planning Commission on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 6:30 pm and the Morgan County Commission on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at 6:00 pm or thereafter. The meeting will be held in the County Commission Meeting Room at the Morgan County Courthouse at 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. 1) PUBLIC HEARING, consideration and possible action regarding Morgan County's updated General Plan and Resource Management Plan.
