- Notice of Public Hearing Please take notice that on November 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Administrative Control Board of North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District will conduct a public hearing regarding a proposal to declare surplus agency property, approximately 18 acres, to accommodate the request of the Utah Department of Transportation to allow them to realign and rebuild an interchange on I-15. The hearing will be held in the boardroom of North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District in Lindon, Utah. The facility address is 2000 West 200 South, Lindon, Utah. You may view and obtain a copy of the proposed property disposition and legal description by visiting npswssdut.gov or contacting the agency at (801) 225-8538. Dated this 28th day of October 2026.
