AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its October 20, 2026, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2026-19: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2026 TO JUNE 30, 2027 BY INCREASING THE ANTICIPATED REVENUES FOR A GROSS INCREASE OF $3,684,000 FROM SOURCES AS DETAILED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND INCREASING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR A GROSS INCREASE OF $3,684,000 AS DETAILED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard # 210, during regular business hours.
The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 28th day of October 2026.
