- Notice of Public Hearing Please take notice that on November 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Administrative Control Board of North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District will conduct a public hearing regarding a proposed fee increase for all waste received by the district, effective July 1, 2027, and to receive public comment regarding the proposed 2027 Agency Budget and fee increase. The hearing will be held in the boardroom of North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District located in Lindon, Utah. The facility address is 2000 West 200 South, Lindon, Utah. You may view and obtain a copy of the proposed fee schedule and 2027 fiscal budget by visiting npswssdut.gov or contacting the agency at (801) 225-8538. Dated this 28th day of October 2026.
