Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Klotovich Gardens; 1564 West 8600 South; Rezone from RR-1A (Rural Residential 1 Acre Lots) zone to R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential, 8,000 SF minimum lots) Zone; Gary Cannon (Applicant) - Jordan River Heights Phase 2 Subdivision; 9244 S 1500 W; Preliminary 3-Lot Major Subdivision; Single-Family Residential {Ray/Todd/Angelica} R-1-10 Zone #PZ26-00217; parcel #27-03-476-044-0000] - Recommendation to the City Council to amend City Code Title 13-5N, making additions to the Purpose and Intent Chapter of Title 13-5N Southwest Quadrant Mixed Use Zone - Recommendation to the City Council to adopt the Southwest Quadrant Small Area Plan, setting a general vision for approximately 1,000 acres of property which currently has the Southwest Quadrant future land use designation on the General Plan - Recommendation to City Council to amend West Jordan City Code (Subsection 12-2-5E), regarding Noncommercial Signs, including Political Campaign Signs If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
