- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 5:30 PM 40 Main Street, Virgin UT 84779 & via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF VIRGIN, UTAH, AMENDING CHAPTER 16.52, SIGN REGULATIONS, OF THE VIRGIN MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW SPONSORSHIP SIGNS AT TOWNOWNED PARKS, FACILITIES, AND TOWN-SANCTIONED EVENTS; ADDING SUBSECTION 16.52.04(B (8); AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
