Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Arts Council will convene on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026 at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121) in Conference Room 104 at 6:00pm for its regularly scheduled meeting. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of October 7, 2026, Arts Council Meeting Minutes 3. Public Comments 4. Committee Business a) City Council Updates b) Staff Updates 5. Past Events 6. Future Events a) Spooktacular October 26th Debrief i) Discussion on Spooktacular and how the event went b) Light the Heights November 30th 5-7:30 i) Finalize Craft for event. ii) Member Eyre has a contact for projection mapping. Discuss Arts Council sponsoring this. iii) Discuss volunteers for the event c) Eclipse 6 Concert December 4th 7pm-8pm i) Discuss volunteers for event ii) Discuss decorations 7. City Hall Art Displays a) November b) December 8. Upcoming Arts Council Meetings - December 2, 2026 - January 6, 2027 - February 3, 2027 - March 3, 2027 9. Adjourn Please note that public comments may be provided by attending the meetings in-person or by submission via email to the Arts Council Liaison, Morgan Barclay, MBarclay@ch.utah.gov before the start of the meeting .
