Board of Trustees Proposed Compensation
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Midvalley Sewer District will convene a public hearing on November 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the District office boardroom located at 160 East 7800 South, Midvale, Utah 84047.
Purpose of the Hearing
This meeting is convened as a standalone meeting for the limited purpose of receiving public comment and considering Board action regarding proposed compensation for members of the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 17B-1-307
No unrelated business will be considered except for matters incidental to opening and closing the meeting
Public Participation
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearing and share their views on the proposed budget. This is an opportunity for the community to have a voice in the decision-making process and to ensure that the budget reflects the needs and priorities of the District's residents.
