Description/Agenda
The City is considering expiration dates for Conditional Use Permits to ensure that approved projects move forward within a reasonable timeframe and that unused or abandoned permits do not remain active indefinitely. Expiration dates would also help ensure that projects align with current City codes and development standards, supporting responsible growth and consistency with the community's planning goals.
