Description/Agenda: The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on October 20, 2026: An ordinance amending Chapter 16.05 of the Midway City Municipal Code to revise site development standards for the C-3 commercial zone; establish site development standards for the C-2 commercial zone; renumber the residential accessory-structure provisions; correct a related cross-reference; and provide for severability and an effective date. A full text of the ordinance is available at the Midway City Recorder's office located in the Midway City Office Building at 75 North 100 West, Midway City, Utah.
