1. Consideration of appeal submitted by Jared and Jennifer Millington, appealing the approval of Horse 1 Pad Oil & Gas Drilling and Production Site Administrative Conditional Use Permit, located on Parcel #00-0009-7802, east of Duchesne and west of the Utah Mini Ranches subdivision.
2. Consideration of appeals submitted by ABT Mechanical and Joseph Skeen, appealing the approval of Horse 2 Pad Oil & Gas Drilling and Production Site Administrative Conditional Use Permit, located on Parcel #00-0009- 8164, east of Duchesne and west of the Utah Mini Ranches subdivision.

Public notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 PM on October 28, 2026, at the Duchesne County Administration Building Commission Chambers, located at 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah.
