- Just a reminder that Early Voting is going on. Early Vote will be October 20th through October 30th, 8 am to 5 pm; excluding holidays and weekends. Election Day is November 3, 7 am to 8 pm. County Building Commission Chambers. Drop Boxes at the three city buildings, open during their specific office hours. Drive-thru Drop Box available 24/7 at the Library. It will close at 8 pm Election night. ALL BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8 PM NOVEMBER 3RD TO BE COUNTED.
