Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-609, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District, will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, on the budget tentatively adopted for 2027 for the Utah Valley Road Special Service District. After the public hearing, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District may make final adjustments to its budget and, by resolution, shall adopt its final budget for 2027, subject to later amendment
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Utah County Clerk's Office at (801) 851-8113. Handicap parking is available, as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
