Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-609, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 8, will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, on the budget tentatively adopted for 2027 for Utah County Service Area No. 8. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 8, may make final adjustments to its budget and, by resolution, shall adopt its final budget for 2027, subject to later amendment.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Utah County Clerk's Office at 801-851-8113. Handicap parking is available, as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
