BRIGHAM CITY CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY CELL PHONE SERVICE PLAN AND EQUIPMENT Brigham City Corporation is seeking to solicit competitive sealed proposals from a qualified person or entity to acquire cell phones and to obtain reliable high quality cell phone services, and data services consistent with the highest industry standards, from a reliable entity at the lowest cost possible. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked City Cell Phone Plan and Equipment Proposal with (3) copies no later than November 16, 2026, by 4:00 PM to: Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder, Brigham City Corporation, PO Box 1005, 20 N Main Brigham City, UT 84302 All interested parties may obtain a copy of the complete Request for Proposal by contacting the Brigham City Recorder at krasmussen@bcutah.gov or online at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities.
