PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Nephi City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on a budget amendment in Enterprise Fund Transfers in the Fiscal Year 2027 Adopted Budget. The purpose of the transfers is to provide funding for debt service on a bond to construct a new public safety building. The proposed additional transfers are as follows:
