Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda October 27th, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Public Hearing followed by a Work Session and a City Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, unless otherwise announced. Public Hearing 1. Public Comments on the Proposed Sale of Approximately .21 Acres of City-Owned Real Property at 1035 Bear Hollow. Proposed purchaser: Pantera Development LLC. Proposed purchase price: $20,000. Work Session During the Work Session, the City Council may discuss agenda items and receive informational presentations. No formal action will be taken 2. Discussion of Proposed Sale of Property at 1035 Bear Hollow. 3. Discussion of Sale of Surplus Equipment 4. Update on City Grants: Ted Mickelsen 5.
