ORDINANCE NO. 10-21-2026-A: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PAYSON CITY TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS; AND ENACTING TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES.
