Highland City 5400 West Civic Center Drive ~ Suite 1 Highland, UT 84003 (801) 756-5751 www.highlandut.gov NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - A proposed amendment to the City's Stormwater Management Plan to conform to current state law requirements. - A proposed amendment to the Ridgeview Planned Development to reduce side yard setbacks for fences to be on the street-side property line. The meeting agenda, together with staff reports and other information regarding these items will be published on the City's website (https://highlandut.gov/1111/Agenda-and-MinutesPortal) Thursday evening prior to the meeting. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
