- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2026, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the rezone request from Heritage Land Development located at 3313 S 5100 W. The request is to rezone from R1 (1 acre) to R2 (.5 acre) residential.
