- NOTICE OF PROPOSITION INFORMATION PAMPHLET Spanish Fork City Referendum, Ordinance No. 16-2026 Pursuant to Utah Code § 20A-7-401.5(5)(a)(ii), Spanish Fork City hereby provides public notice of the publication of the Proposition Information Pamphlet relating to the referendum application filed on September 28, 2026. The referendum challenges Spanish Fork City Ordinance No. 16-2026, which amended Title 15 of the Spanish Fork Municipal Code relating to Data Centers and Onsite Power Generation. The Proposition Information Pamphlet is attached to this notice and contains the information required under Utah Code § 20A-7-401.5. This notice is published in accordance with Utah law for informational purposes only and does not constitute support for or opposition to the referendum or its signature-gathering effort.
