Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda November 2, 2026 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Brittany Fisher; Chad Carter; Milton McLelland; Dorian Page; Brant Parker; John Webster; David Westwood; Assistant Attorney Christopher Gubler; Building Official Lester Ross; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation beautician business at approximately 351 West 400 North (R-3-M)/ Teresa Clark Tom. 5. Request for Home Occupation nail business at approximately 4552 West 250 North (R-2-1)/ Beauty by Kenna K/ McKenna Houser. 6. Request for Home Occupation music lesson business at approximately 3289 West Cimarron Circle (R1)/ Heather Tebbs Music Lessons/ Heather Tebbs. 7. Request for Variance of sight triangle at the intersection of Runway Drive and Lund Highway/ Care Free Homes/ Carter Wilkey. 8. Request for review of a previously approved Home Occupation daycare business located at 2178 North Cottontail/ Sunbow Childcare/ Dallen Forsyth.
