Description/Agenda: OURAY PARK WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Board Meeting Minutes October 13, 2026 Location: Avalon Community Center Time: 7:00 p.m. Board Members Present: Paul Smart, Lee Hanberg, & Max Jensen Others Present: Lisa Frost, Aaron Averett, & Isaac Hatch Not Present: Call to Order Chairman Paul Smart called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Approval of Minutes Max Jensen moved to approve the September meeting minutes. Lee Hanberg seconded the motion. The motion carried. Bill Hood Meter Installation The Board discussed the installation of Bill Hood's water meter. Isaac Hatch reported that he had requested Blue Stakes before the installation. Engineer's Update Please refer to the attached engineer's report for the update. Approval of Bills Max Jensen moved to approve payment of the bills. Paul Smart seconded the motion. The motion carried. Adjournment Paul Smart made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m. Max Jensen seconded the motion. The motion carried.
