The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District (UMAD) will be held on October 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office, located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah.
(Telephonic participation for Board Members is available as per District Policy adopted April 9, 2020).

9. Appoint one member and one alternate to the Utah Association of Special Districts (UASD) Board of Representatives. Discussion/Action.
10. Report on the 2026 multi-year auditor selection through the Competitive Procurement process and establish a pre-approved, not-to-exceed limit. Discussion/Action.
11. Report on the sale of surplus equipment. Discussion/Action.
12. Board approval of the means by which to sell the following surplus equipment:
a. (1) truck equipped with a snowplow, accessories, and a Tommy Gate liftgate
b. (2) ATVs
c. (1) ATV trailer

e. (2) Mesa 3 tablets
13. Approval to purchase the 2027 subscription for Frontier Precision's FieldSeeker Core, ULV, and miscellaneous associated fees. Discussion/Action.
14. Approval of purchasing a second application drone and establishing a purchase limit. Discussion/Action.
15. Approval of changing the current Administrative Specialist to a full-time, benefited position. Discussion/Action.
16. Approval of hiring a full-time Drone Pilot. Discussion/Action.
17. Approval of the Assistant Director's revised job description and pay range adjustment. Discussion/Action.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding a selective salary adjustment for the Assistant Director position.
19. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of a merit increase for the Assistant Director and establishing a percentage.
20. 2027 Employee Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA). Discussion/Action.
