NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a public utilities and drainage easement affecting private roadway (common area) and utility easements on Lots 83 and 84, The Palms of St. George (Doc. No. 00247565, Washington County Recorder).
